Hoyt Peak Ranch is a new development near Park City and the agent heading it needed some help with marketing. They requested a logo, website, and large sign for the development. Knowing they requested a website, I designed both a full logo and a smaller icon, intended to be the favicon for their site, but ended up being the main logo to be used on the main gate to the development.
