Working directly with the agent, we sorted out which stats to include and the overall look and feel of the end product; this year they wanted a more picture-based version of this yearly project. This hyper-local market overview is sent directly to people living in this community, about 1,200 homes. The goal of this project is to provide their community with useful information and in turn, reinforce their role in the community and generate client leads. After this mailer was sent out, the agent reported the mailer was successful, resulting in a client listing their home for sale with them.
For this project I created both a direct mail postcard and a set of social media images for Instagram posts and stories (800+ followers).
